FAQ

The questions shop owners ask us.

Something missing? Tell us about your shop and ask us directly.

Can I keep my shop?

Yes. You keep your licence, your stock, your staff and your customers. What changes is how you sell: on a prescription, within the grams prescribed, with a record of every sale. Tell us when your licence expires, and we will plan the switch with you.

Do I need to hire a doctor or turn my herbal shop into a clinic?

No. RH Clinic is the clinic, with its own licensed Thai traditional medicine practitioners. Your shop stays a herbal shop and dispenses what they prescribe.

How does a customer without a prescription get one?

Your staff send a request from the till: a passport scan, a live face photo and the customer's consent. An RH Clinic practitioner holds the consultation and decides. When it is issued, the customer gets a digital card on their phone.

What does my shop see about the patient?

Only what you need to sell: whether the card is valid and how many grams are left. No diagnosis or medical details. The passport image is read on the iPad and never sent or saved.

What if a customer already has a PT33 from another doctor?

A valid PT33 from outside RH Clinic can be entered in the till too, so the grams sold on it are counted like any other prescription.

What do I show at an inspection?

The dispensing list: every gram with time, patient, ID number, PT33, product, batch, staff and receipt, as PDF or CSV. Plus the COA and GACP for every batch, and the supplier documents, all in the same system.

What equipment do I need?

An iPad for the till, an Epson receipt printer and a Brother label printer for the bag labels. RH Thai POS runs in Safari, with no app to install.

Who built RH Thai POS?

OG Marketing, a 100% Thai company, built it in Thailand for Thai law, together with RH Clinic.

When does your licence expire?

Tell us about your shop and your licence, and we will plan the switch with you before it runs out.
